The 100-card base set is all prospects from the program that prepares players for a possible pro career. As with past OTE sets, collectors might need some patience as there might not be a lot of immediate gratification. It could take several years before they make the NBA.

Rookie Jersey Autographs bring memorabilia into the mix. Aqua OTE Refractors (/99), Green Refractors (/75), Gold Refractors (/50), Orange Basketball Refractors (/25), Black and White OTE Refractors (/10), Red Refractors (/5) and Superfractors (1/1) add further color.

A handful of inserts are in the product as well. For most, the color isn’t just in the parallels but the standard designs as well.

Superfly returns as one of the product’s tougher chase sets. Orange Basketball Refractors (/25), Red Refractors (/5) and Superfractors (1/1) are the only parallels.

Exposé, an SSP set found in several recent Topps Chrome products, makes the jump to OTE Basketball. Red Refractors (/5) and Superfractors (1/1) are also available.
